1. Data Storage & Local Processing

GalleryPocket is designed with a privacy-first architecture:

• On-Device Storage: All art portfolio data, wishlist items, decoy files, and images stored within MyVault are kept locally on your device or within your private Apple iCloud account (via SwiftData/CloudKit).
• No Server Collection: We do not maintain external servers, and we do not transmit, collect, or store your private collection data, photos, or vault PIN codes on any third-party servers.

2. In-App Purchases

GalleryPocket offers premium lifetime unlocks and subscriptions processed entirely through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit).

• Apple handles all billing, transaction processing, and payment security.
• We do not collect or have access to your credit card information, billing address, or personal financial details. We only receive anonymous entitlement status to unlock premium features within the app.

3. Analytics & Third-Party Services

We do not incorporate third-party advertising trackers or invasive data harvesting SDKs. We may receive anonymous, aggregate crash reports and app usage metrics provided natively by Apple (if you have opted into sharing diagnostic data with developers in your iOS settings) solely for the purpose of improving app stability and performance.

4. Children's Privacy

Our application does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Because our app operates locally on your device, no personal data of children is transmitted externally.
